At least five people have lost their lives and around thirty have been injured this Monday in a new wave of Russian attacks against the regions of Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Chernihiv, among other areas of the country, according to data released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The most serious episode has occurred in Kharkiv, where two people have died and four others have been injured following a Russian attack in the Novobavarsky district, as indicated by the city's mayor, Igor Terehov, on social media. The offensive has caused damage to several apartment blocks, private houses, a kindergarten, and numerous vehicles.

In the town of Sloviansk, in the Donetsk region, rescue teams have located the body of a person in a private home hit by an attack. In addition, they have extinguished a fire that broke out in another house and in three nearby cars.

In neighboring Kramatorsk, the bombings have caused the fire of two residential buildings, from which emergency services have managed to evacuate a woman trapped in the smoke. Likewise, in the Kharkiv region, two people have been injured by the impact of Russian projectiles on an apartment building in the town of Krasnopavlivka.

In Zaporizhia, four people have been injured as a result of Russian attacks against the city. These include two women aged 22 and 30 and two men aged 40 and 61, who had to be treated by medical services after the damage recorded in several residential areas.

In the Chernihiv region, two people have been injured in Russian attacks directed against a hangar of a private company in Priluki and against a grain warehouse located in Novhorod-Siverskyi.

Subsequently, new attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region have left one dead and seven injured, including two minors, in the city of Pavlohrad.

Another Russian bombing against the village of Yasnohirka, in the Donetsk region, has resulted in one death and ten injuries, after Ukrainian authorities reported that Russian planes dropped four aerial bombs on an area of single-family homes and several commercial premises located in the center of the town.
