The Table of the regional Parliament, after listening to the Board of Spokespersons, has given the green light this morning to the celebration of the Debate on the General Policy of the Government of La Rioja on September 1 and 2, at the request of the president of the Riojan Executive, Gonzalo Capellán.
According to what the Parliament of La Rioja has communicated, the Table has validated the essential aspects related to the organization of the Debate, which will start on Tuesday, September 1, at 11:00 hours, with the initial intervention and unlimited time of the president of the Government of La Rioja, Gonzalo Capellán.
Once his presentation is finished, the parliamentary groups will have a maximum of thirty minutes to register their resolution proposals before the Table, which must relate to the content of the Debate.
On the same day, at 17:00 hours, the Table will meet again to qualify the resolution proposals presented by the different groups. The initiatives that are accepted will be sent to the spokespersons before proceeding to their discussion and voting, scheduled for Wednesday, September 2.
In the second session, the plenary will begin at 9:00 hours, with the interventions of the spokespersons of the parliamentary groups, who will have a maximum time of thirty minutes each.
The president will have the possibility to respond to the questions raised separately, jointly, or grouped by subject. Afterwards, the parliamentary groups will be able to exercise their right of reply, with a limit of ten minutes per group.
To conclude, the debate and voting on the resolution proposals that have been accepted by the Table will be addressed. Each of them may be defended for a maximum of three minutes and, in addition, a counter turn is expected for the same time for each proposal.
