The president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has confirmed that he accepts the invitation from the 'youtuber' Jordi Wild to participate in his podcast 'The Wild Project' on the occasion of the general elections scheduled for next November 29.
"Thank you for the invitation. I will be there," he published this Friday on his 'X' channel, coinciding with the last day of the deadline set by the content creator for the different candidates to respond to his proposal.
In that same message, the head of the Executive mentioned the person responsible and editor of the space and warned him, regarding the conversation, that his "good side is the left one."
The announcement from Sánchez comes after the candidate of the Broad Front, Ada Colau, confirmed on Tuesday that she will also attend the program of the popular youtuber.
Previously, the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, and the president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, had already given their approval to the invitation launched by Jordi Wild at the beginning of October, conceived as "a special election week."
The initiative was launched on October 8, when Wild made public his intention to interview Feijóo, Abascal, Sánchez, and a representative of the left-wing coalition, under a very clear premise: "either they all came or none participated."
"I leave the doors open to all candidates and I will interview those who want to come," said Jordi Wild, emphasizing that the presence of the president of the Government would bring a new "dimension" to the interviews. "I hope that in the end he gets encouraged," he added then.
