The Torres family has presented four new proposals for cocktails and mocktails made with wine, "thought both for those who wish to enjoy wine in its classic version and for those who prefer 'low' options," the winery communicated this Thursday.
Among the creations is Viña Esmeralda Spritz, a cocktail that revisits the traditional Italian aperitif "with a fresh and elegant twist," made from Viña Esmeralda Sparkling. This proposal is joined by Viña Esmeralda & Natureo Cooler, which combines the profile of the classic Viña Esmeralda with the liveliness of a citrus drink.
The selection is completed with Natmosa, a non-alcoholic adaptation of the classic Mimosa, prepared with Natureo Sparkling, the de-alcoholized sparkling wine that Torres produces exclusively with muscat grapes; and Esmeralda Sunset, a cocktail that combines Viña Esmeralda Rosé with the herbal and slightly bitter nuances of Vermut Casals.
