The magistrate has decreed provisional imprisonment communicated and without bail for the 3 arrested this Wednesday as presumed involved in the violent death of a man in the Barcelona district of Nou Barris, which occurred early Monday morning, according to the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia in "X" communicated this Friday.
The Mossos d'Esquadra had detained the three suspects, aged 21, 23, and 32, on the same Monday at noon, a few hours after the incident.
The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) keeps the case under secrecy of the proceedings and does not rule out that new arrests may occur.
The investigated facts
At around 2:00, the police received the alert of an assault that would have been perpetrated by a group of people against a man.
At the scene, the agents found the victim seriously injured, who died despite the resuscitation maneuvers carried out first by the police and, subsequently, by the Medical Emergency System (SEM).
