A total of 8,117 customers have had their electricity supply restored on the island of La Palma after the power outage recorded shortly before 06:45, according to sources from Endesa, which indicate that 42,391 customers still remain for their service to be restored.

The company explains that several groups at the Los Guinchos power plant have already been synchronized and that REE is finalizing the repair of the high-voltage line that had remained inoperative since 4:10.
