The tour operator Soltour has communicated the incorporation of artificial intelligence solutions and automation systems in its operational structure in Madrid, with which it has managed to reduce management times by up to 70% in key areas such as Operations and Contact Center.

The company has refined various repetitive processes, among which the validation of hotel records stands out, where time cuts of up to 70% have been achieved, as well as the processing of Stop Sales or sales closures, whose deadlines have been shortened by between 50% and 60%.

With this transformation, Soltour's goal is to relieve teams of administrative and back office tasks so they can dedicate more resources to direct support for travel agencies.

From the commercial management of Soltour, they emphasize that the technological commitment aims to respond to the excess of digital information that characterizes the current market, returning the weight of the decision to professional recommendation and personalized support.

The company is also working on new AI-based tools that will allow reducing response times to inquiries raised by associated agencies by between 20% and 30%.

"Technology must always be an ally that facilitates people's work," explains the commercial director of Soltour, Luis Santos.
