Aestes Dental has launched a message of calm to patients after the news spread in recent days about the closure of certain clinics of Vivantadental, emphasizing that the realization and completion of 100% of the treatments currently underway will be guaranteed, both those that are financed and those paid directly by the patients themselves.
The company has detailed that the closure of some Vivantadental centers is part of a process of transferring a productive unit to another dental group, Donte, and has emphasized that ensuring the continuity of care has been "one of the main priorities" since the beginning of this process.
When a Vivantadental clinic has been affected by these recent activity adjustments, patients will have the option to continue and complete their treatment in the Vitaldent clinic network, "without the need to pay again for what has already been contracted," as Aestes Dental has communicated to Europa Press.
The company has added that it is working to contact the affected patients, inform them about the center where they can continue their treatment, and reschedule appointments when necessary. Aestes Dental has reiterated that "no patient with an ongoing treatment will be left without a solution to complete it."
