Levaduramadre has concluded 2025 with a historic turnover of 49.3 million euros, which represents an advance of 16% compared to the previous year, as detailed by the company in a statement.
Specifically, the bakery chain has explained that the improvement in commercial and operational efficiency has directly translated into the profitability of the business, closing the fiscal year with an increase in gross operating profit (Ebitda) of 26.1%, which reinforces the solidity of its model.
These good results are accompanied by an intense pace of expansion. During 2025, Levaduramadre expanded its network with 31 new openings, representing an 18% growth in its store portfolio and allowing it to finish the fiscal year with 167 establishments in operation.
Among the main milestones of the 2025 growth plan is the launch of its international presence with the opening of its first store outside of Spain in Andorra. In the national market, the brand has reached strategic areas such as Asturias, Balearic Islands, Castilla y León, and Castilla-La Mancha, in addition to strengthening its visibility in the 'travel' channel thanks to its establishment in Terminal T4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
In line with its commitment to diversify channels and consumption moments, the fiscal year has also been marked by key alliances such as the one signed with Repsol to open stores in service stations, an agreement through which the company already has 16 active points of sale and which is part of a plan that aims to reach up to 80 new locations before the end of 2027.
At the same time, to adapt its proposal to the new habits of consumers, Levaduramadre has strengthened its multichannel approach by combining its own network with the digital environment. The company has incorporated its offering into e-commerce and home delivery platforms, including Amazon Fresh.
As for the product 'mix', artisanal bread consolidates as the main category and the great driver of the business, accounting for 52% of the company's total sales. Meanwhile, pastries maintain solid performance within the sweet segment, with cookies and muffins established as the references with the highest demand.
This advance is based on a management oriented towards excellence, supported by the obtaining of three international reference certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality management), ISO 14001 (Environmental management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety), which place the brand under the most demanding standards of 'food retail'.
Looking towards 2026, Levaduramadre has set out to extend the growth trajectory of recent years. Among its strategic goals are to achieve a turnover of 60 million euros, to launch 60 new stores through the different channels in which it operates, and to continue significantly increasing its Ebitda.
