The Official State Gazette (BOE) of this Friday, September 4, publishes several agreements and collective agreements that affect workers from companies and sectors such as Carrefour, Eurowings, Goldcar, hospitality, and Naturgy. The edition also includes the state recognition of historical and traditional irrigation systems as a Representative Manifestation of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The official newspaper also includes public employment calls, new provisions on maritime fishing, and an environmental resolution related to a 78 MW wind farm in Burgos. Among the announcements is also a call for training and scientific and technical specialization scholarships from CEDEX.

New labor agreements for workers from different sectors

The General Directorate of Labor registers and publishes several agreements reached in the field of collective bargaining. Among them is the minutes of the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement of the Carrefour Supermarkets Group, as well as the collective agreement of the pilots of Eurowings Europe Limited in Spain.

The BOE also incorporates a modification of the agreement of Goldcar Spain, a modification of the VI Labor Agreement for the hospitality sector, and the national collective agreement for companies dedicated to field services for restocking activities and operational marketing services, valid for the period 2026-2029.

Another of the published agreements corresponds to the IV Collective Agreement of the Naturgy Group. The official publication gives validity and publicity to the texts and modifications agreed upon in each of these labor areas.

Historical irrigation systems become part of the intangible cultural heritage

The Ministry of Culture publishes Royal Decree 720/2026, of September 2, by which the historical and traditional irrigation systems are declared as a Representative Manifestation of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The declaration recognizes as intangible heritage the knowledge, practices, techniques, and traditional management forms related to these irrigation systems. The measure incorporates this heritage into the protection regime provided for intangible cultural manifestations.

The declaration is made through a royal decree approved on September 2 and published in the BOE this Friday.

A new mechanism to manage the population of bluefin tuna

The General Secretariat of Fisheries publishes a resolution that regulates for 2026 the mechanism for optimizing the population of bigeye (Thunnus obesus) in the area regulated by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas.

The provision establishes the management mechanism corresponding to this species within the framework of the conservation measures applicable in the area regulated by this international organization.

A 78 MW wind farm in Burgos passes the environmental process

The Ministry for Ecological Transition publishes the environmental impact report of the project for the modification of the Alcocero de Mola wind farm, with an installed power of 78 MW, and its evacuation infrastructures, in the province of Burgos.

The resolution corresponds to the environmental assessment procedure of the project and establishes the conditions derived from the analysis carried out by the General Directorate of Quality and Environmental Assessment.

The BOE opens new public employment processes

The edition incorporates new calls and selective processes from the Administration. The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice, and Relations with the Cortes publishes the appointment of the qualifying tribunals for two of the entry processes into the Body of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice, through open access and internal promotion.

The Ministry of the Interior publishes the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons and the date of the first exercise for the entry process as permanent labor personnel in the professional groups M3, M2, M1, E2, and E1. Health does the same for the M3 and M1 groups of its permanent labor personnel.

New calls for positions from different local administrations also appear, including those from the provincial councils of León, Sevilla, Badajoz, Córdoba, and Almería, and the municipalities of Fuengirola, Socuéllamos, Cuarte de Huerva, Santa Pola, Bétera, Silla, Vigo, Ciudad Real, and Gozón.

The CEDEX calls for scientific and technical training scholarships

Among the announcements this Friday is the call for scientific and technical training and specialization scholarships from the Center for Studies and Experimentation of Public Works (CEDEX).

The scholarships are aimed at training and specialization in subjects specific to the organization, in accordance with the conditions established in the corresponding call.

The BOE of this Friday completes its content with agreements from different administrations, modifications of statutes of sports federations, and resolutions from public bodies. Among these last ones is also the publication of the official changes of the euro corresponding to September 3.
