Árima Real Estate, the socimi of offices participated in 97.5% by the Swiss bank J. Safra Sarasin, has announced that it will distribute a dividend of 0.837 euros gross per share on September 18, according to the communication sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This will be the first dividend payment since its establishment in 2018 and will reach a total amount of 20.5 million euros, which represents a yield of over 8.5% in relation to its current quotation in the market.
The operation's calendar sets September 15 as the last trading session in which the shares will be traded with the right to receive this dividend. The entity responsible for the disbursement will be Banco Santander, which will channel it through the usual mechanisms of the Securities Registration, Clearing and Settlement Management Company (Iberclear) for its participating entities.
The remuneration will be charged against the available reserves of the company, which currently total 250.8 million euros. In practice, almost the entire amount will end up in the hands of the Swiss bank, given that it holds 97.5% of the share capital of Árima.
The socimi specialized in offices recorded a recurring net profit of 8.8 million euros in 2025, compared to the losses of 1.1 million euros from the previous year, after integrating the aggregated portfolio of JSS Real Estate, also controlled by J. Safra Sarasin.
