CaixaBank has been recognized by Global Finance magazine with the award for 'Best Digital Bank for Individuals in Spain', as the financial entity itself communicated this Monday.
The recognition highlights its digital relationship model with clients, considered "one of the most advanced in the market", and especially emphasizes the combination of technological innovation, artificial intelligence, and high security standards.
In addition, the entity led by Gonzalo Gortázar has added four more awards in this edition: Best Mobile Banking App in Spain, Best User Experience (UX) Design in Spain, and the recognitions for Best Online Product Offers, both in Spain and Western Europe.
According to the bank, these awards reinforce "its positioning as a benchmark in financial innovation for its digital proposal for individuals." Likewise, the entity has emphasized that the awards endorse its digital strategy, based on "a personalized offer for each client," as they have noted.
