The Spanish 'multi-family office' A&G announced this Thursday the launch in Chile of a new company called Values Corp., with which it seeks to continue strengthening its presence in Latin America alongside former executives of the Chilean Grupo Security.

According to the firm in a press release, the new entity will start offering wealth management services for companies and families during the first half of 2027, operating under the brand Values Corp. A&G Wealth Solutions.

The launch comes after co-founder and former president of Grupo Security, Renato Peñafiel, along with other former partners and executives of the Chilean entity, became part of the shareholding of A&G last May. Peñafiel led Grupo Security from 2022 until its sale to Banco BICE in 2024 for 3.130 billion dollars (2.693 billion euros).

"We have the best local partners, with great experience in the region, who share our values and understand this industry as we do. This new alliance will contribute to the internationalization of A&G and will add new investment opportunities for our clients in Spain," said the president and founder of A&G, Alberto Rodríguez-Fraile.

For his part, Peñafiel emphasized: "We believe in Chile and in the investment opportunities it offers. Values Corp is born with the conviction that there is space in our country to develop an independent, flexible, and close financial proposal that combines a deep knowledge of the local market with the international experience and vision of A&G."

A&G became in 1987 the first financial firm in Spain specialized in the joint management of the wealth of several families. As of the end of July this year, the entity had more than 100 bankers spread across eleven offices and managed a portfolio of assets valued at 18.581 billion euros.
