The PNV will demand that the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Óscar Puente, adopt concrete measures to correct the delays in the payment of the state subsidy for diesel intended for professional road transport workers.
During the government control session scheduled for next Tuesday, the PNV senator, Igotz López, will question the Minister of Transport about the initiatives he plans to implement to support those working in road transport and "prevent them from facing setbacks such as delays in the payment of the state subsidy for professional diesel."
In addition, and stemming from the question he posed in the last plenary session to the Minister of Justice, Senator López will also propose, through a motion, that the Spanish Executive provide the necessary material and personnel resources to ensure the proper application of the Organic Law on the Efficiency of the Public Justice Service, for which he has presented a package of eleven proposals in different areas.
On the other hand, Senator María Dolores Etxano will present a motion aimed at promoting specific regulations on the online sale of lottery tickets. The PNV emphasizes that lottery administrations are part of the external network of the State Lottery and Betting Society and that the lack of clear regulation causes "legal insecurity" in the face of a possible concentration of digital sales on the SELAE website which, in certain cases, is not linked to any point of sale, "preventing the commercial network from receiving the corresponding commission, beyond the fact that it is necessary to review the commissions paid."
