CaixaBank will deposit the pension on Monday, August 24, according to the policy published by the entity itself for its pensioner clients. Among the advantages it announces for those who have the benefit domiciled is expressly the "early payment of the pension on the 24th of each month."

The calendar thus places CaixaBank immediately after the weekend of August 22 and 23. For its clients, the date is particularly easy to identify because the entity uses the 24th as a monthly reference.

The users of imagin, integrated into the CaixaBank group, usually follow the group's payment calendar, although the pensioner must always check the actual movement of their account.

When does BBVA pay the August pension

BBVA sets Tuesday, August 25 as the payment date for the pension. The entity itself indicates in its offer directed at seniors that those who transfer the benefit to the bank receive the payment on the 25th of each month.

In August 2026, there is no problem like in other months when the 25th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday. This year it falls on a Tuesday, so the calendar does not require moving the payment due to the weekend.

BBVA will thus be one of the entities that will concentrate its payments on Tuesday the 25th, a date traditionally used by a good part of the banking sector to anticipate benefits.

When do Cajamar and the rest of the banks pay
