ErNE has publicly denounced the appearance in Alegría-Dulantzi (Álava) of a graffiti that demands the exit of the Ertzaintza from the municipality and labels the agents of this autonomous body as 'zipaios'. The union considers these facts unacceptable and demands that those responsible be brought to justice.
Through a statement, the union organization has expressed its support for the ertzainas who live in the Alavés municipality of Alegría-Dulantzi and has made its legal services available to the agents residing in the locality to face this episode.
Likewise, ErNE has requested the Department of Security to "investigate the origin of this graffiti and bring the culprits to court," urging that this type of action does not go unpunished.
The police union has also taken the opportunity to reiterate its demand for reform of the Penal Code in order to "respond to these undesirables," insisting on the need for a more robust legal framework against this type of attack.
