The price of electricity today falls practically to zero for several hours in the middle of the day before shooting up at night.
The average price of the PVPC is set this Sunday at 0.14582 euros/kWh. The difference between choosing a good or a bad hour is especially wide: consuming between 11:00 and 12:00 will be more than 160 times cheaper per kWh than doing so between 20:00 and 21:00.
The cheapest hour of electricity today
The most economical time will be from 11:00 to 12:00, when the price drops to 0.00179 euros/kWh.
The hours between 10:00 and 18:00 will also be especially cheap. Between 10:00 and 11:00 the kWh will cost 0.00183 euros and then it will remain below 0.015 euros/kWh for a good part of the afternoon.
The most expensive hour
The maximum of the day will occur between 20:00 and 21:00, at 0.29690 euros/kWh.
The electricity will remain expensive during the next two hours: 0.29471 euros/kWh from 21:00 to 22:00 and 0.27354 euros/kWh from 22:00 to 23:00.
