The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has disseminated new warnings this Wednesday regarding 36 unregistered financial entities originating from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
The Dutch supervisor (AFM) has communicated the existence of six suspicious firms: FMO Investment (fmoinvestment.com, a clone of AFM FMO Investment Management), Axis Trade ("axistrade.ai"), Stuwen Opulex ("stuwenopulex-nl.live"), LMCC Global ("lmcc-global.com"), Bankolla ("bankolla.com") and Htxna ("htxnakz.vip").
Regarding Belgium, the regulator FSMA has issued warnings about 28 entities: Levels Socials, Cédric Bergans/BC Edufin Academy, Abis Finance ("abisfinance.com"), Alenas Finance ("alenasfinance.com"), Alenas Services ("alenas-services.com"), Bridge Groep ("bridgegroep.com"), Financien Dessers ("financiendessers.com" and "financiendessersbe.com", which are clones), Finaria Group ("finariagroup.com"), First Lenen ("firstlenen.com" and "firstlening.com"), Geld Group Dienst ("geld-groupdienst.com"), Granon Service ("granon-service.com") and Horee Group ("horee-group.com").
The FSMA has also included in its list Hovyxa ("hovyxa.com"), Imperix Service ("imperix-service.com"), Euro Financiering ("krediet.pro"), Lasne Finance ("lasne-finance.bec", which is a clone), Optia Banking ("optiabanking.com"), Optima Credit ("optima-cred.com"), Optima Finanz ("optimafinanz.com"), Paradis Services ("paradis-services.com"), Zebrov ("zebrov.com") and Zeker Lenen ("zekerlenen.com"), in addition to Aides Financières, Groep Finanz Expert, Lumia Bank, Online Leningen.be, Snelle Online Lening and Vlaamskrediet.
On the other hand, the German supervisor (Bafin) has issued warnings about two entities. Bafin has banned Galldium Immobilien Fünfte GmbH from offering to the public participation certificates of Amagvik Int. AG for not having submitted the required informational brochure or equivalent document mandated by securities regulations. Likewise, the German regulator has issued a warning about the alleged investments of No Limits Invest GmbH, also due to the absence of the required informational brochure or alternative document.
The CNMV has emphasized that communications from other European supervisors can be consulted on its website within the section of warnings about unauthorized entities and in other categories of notices. In addition, the CNMV portal has a specific search engine for warned entities, while on the website of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) more alerts from non-EU regulators can be reviewed through the link "Investor Alerts".
