The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, claims that the intensification of attacks from Ukraine against Russian territory responds to the increasingly complicated situation faced by the Government of Kiev and its president, Volodymyr Zelensky, on the battlefield.
"The more difficult the situation becomes, the more brutal and barbaric their attacks are," the president of Russia assured at the congress of his party United Russia, convened as part of the preparations for the general elections in October.
"Now everything depends on those who work conscientiously to contribute to a victory that will be ours. I trust that our soldiers will not let us down," he stated during his speech, broadcast by Russian media.
This same Saturday, an attack attributed to Ukraine has resulted in the death of two minors and left two adults from the same family injured after the impact of a drone with explosives in Yeisk, in the Russian region of Krasnodar, according to the report from the regional governor, Veniamin Kondratiev.
"Several drones attacked this morning civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in the Yeisk district. A family has been the victim of a new cowardly and regrettable attack by the Kiev regime. Two minors have died and two adults are hospitalized," Kondratiev published on social media.
Emergency services continue to work in the area affected by the explosion, where several businesses and establishments have been damaged by the debris generated by the attack, according to the account of the Russian governor.
