The president of the Government of the Region of Murcia, Fernando López Miras, considers it "very serious" that Pedro Sánchez has admitted in the Congress of Deputies the existence of reports prepared by the Security Forces and Corps that warned of a massive arrival of immigrants to the Peninsula and, consequently, to the Region of Murcia, as is happening this summer, without any effective measures being adopted to stop it.
López Miras demands access to those reports and to know in detail what control and surveillance devices were put in place to respond to the warnings conveyed by the Police.
The head of the Murcian Executive has demanded from the president of the Government "information and answers now." In addition, he laments that, two weeks later, he still has not received a response to the letter he sent to Pedro Sánchez requesting more resources for the Civil Guard in order to strengthen the protection of the Murcian coastline against the mafias.
