The Court of Instruction No. 19 of Madrid has set for the next December 3 the appearance of the general director of Quirón Prevención, Fernando Javier Camino, who is called to testify as an investigated party within the case opened against his partner Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, for alleged crimes of corruption in business and disloyal administration.
According to the provision to which Europa Press has had access, the magistrate now grants a period of five days to the parties involved to submit their allegations. With this decision, the separate piece in which a possible crime of corruption in business is investigated remains in the instruction phase.
This line of investigation began after a report from the Tax Agency that pointed out possible irregularities in the purchase in 2020 of the company Círculo de Belleza SL, an operation for which González Amador's company would have disbursed nearly half a million euros for a company practically without activity.
In a previous order, the magistrate agreed to separate from the main procedure a new investigation for the alleged use of a shell company to "hide some income" of the Quirón Group that should have been declared. She did so by partially estimating a reform appeal presented by PSOE and Más Madrid against the resolution of July 31, in which the judge had rejected all the proceedings requested by these parties, which exercise popular accusation.
The judicial resolution examines "whether the facts related to the use of the shell company Materman SL to hide some income that should have been declared by Maxwell Cremona S.L. may constitute other crimes that must be investigated".
For the popular accusation, behind the subjective simulation of that commercial operation there could exist "a disloyal administration, as pointed out by the State Attorney, or even a crime of corruption in business or both, considering the amount paid of almost 500,000 euros for the shares of Masterman S.L. at that time owned by the wife of the president of Quirón Prevención".
