The magistrate of the National Court who is instructing the "Leire Díez case," Santiago Pedraz, has summoned former judge Luis Sáenz de Tejada to testify as an investigated party on October 28 at 10:30 a.m. The investigators place him in alleged actions directed against judge Beatriz Biedma, who was the one who investigated David Sánchez, brother of the President of the Government.

According to a provision accessed by Europa Press, Pedraz responds to Biedma's request, who demanded the indictment of Sáenz de Tejada after testifying as a victim and stating that she felt persecuted and distressed by the alleged harassment of the former magistrate, whom the Civil Guard links to the presumed plot.

These proceedings are framed within the case regarding an alleged network aimed at stopping or deactivating judicial proceedings affecting the PSOE and the Executive, which would have been led by former socialist leader Santos Cerdán and coordinated by former member Leire Díez.
