The international asset management group Columbia Threadneedle Investments has launched the "CT QR Series Emerging Markets Equity Active UCITS ETF," an exchange-traded fund (ETF) specialized in equity from emerging markets.
This is the fourth product in the QR Series range from Columbia Threadneedle and is already trading on Deutsche Börse Xetra, the London Stock Exchange, and SIX Swiss Exchange.
The actively managed portfolio aims for a moderate "tracking error," situated between 3% and 5% relative to the "MSCI Emerging Markets" index.
"This fourth active ETF in the region reflects our commitment to building a complementary range to our established active management capabilities and responds to the growing demand from clients for transparent and cost-efficient active investment strategies," said the Head of Distribution and Marketing for EMEA at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Michaela Collet Jackson.
